What to Bring

  • Valid Driver’s License or Photo Identification
  • Social Security Card(s) or Individual Taxpayer ID Number(s) for all household members (We will not do a return without them.)
  • Records of all Income (W-2’s, W-2G, 1099-R, 1099-Misc., etc.)
  • Interest and Dividend Statements (Forms 1099)
  • Forms 1095 A, B or C, Affordable Care Act Statements
  • Child care provider name, address, and tax ID or SS Number For direct deposit, a checking or savings account and routing number

Note: If filing a joint return, both spouses must be present. We CANNOT do returns with rental or Puerto Rico income or assist with ITIN renewals and applications.
