GSO is releasing this Request for Proposals for organizations interested in joining our Community Connect network and receiving funding for the 2026–2027 tax season through one or more of GSO’s eight  CalEITC+ contracts with the California Department of Community Services and Development. If your organization provides free VITA tax preparation and/or conducts education and outreach connecting families to the CalEITC, we encourage you to apply. Applications are due August 21, 2026.
